Our Wellness Plan is an in-office benefit plan ideal for anyone who is without insurance. The total Wellness Plan enrollment fee is due at the start of the membership year. The plan is based on one benefit year commitment and only valid at Greece Family Dentistry and Implantology. The entire year of pre-determined discounts available for preventative and restorative treatment that may be encountered throughout the year.
