Dr. Maxim Yakimov

Dr. Yakimov was born in Rochester, New York after his parents immigrated from Ukraine. After graduating from Spencerport High School, Dr. Yakimov received his Bachelors of Science from the University at Buffalo. He went on to complete his Doctorates of Dental Surgery at Touro College of Dental Medicine. For additional training, he completed a General Practice Residency at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, NY.

At the heart of Greece Family Dentistry and Implantology is a partnership built on trust, community, and family. Dr. Yakimov, a Rochester native and Spencerport High alumnus, returned to his roots to provide world-class dental care after completing his doctorate at Touro College of Dental Medicine and advanced residency at Erie County Medical Center.

He doesn’t do it alone—Dr. Yakimov is joined by his wife Angela, a dedicated nurse who brings an extra layer of clinical excellence to our practice. Together, they specialize in providing a seamless and safe experience for IV sedation cases. While Dr. Yakimov focuses on your precision dental work, his wife ensures your comfort and safety are monitored with a professional, compassionate eye. For them, dentistry is more than a profession; it’s a way to care for their neighbors, share a few laughs, and treat every patient like a member of their own family.
